VACANCY

The Hi-Pro Division of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a meticulous and energetic individual to fill the above position. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the products and services available in the Store, providing technical advice on the use of agricultural chemicals, fertilizers and other products whilst enhancing the customer experience, to encourage repeat visits.    

The ideal candidate should possess:

•    An Associate Degree in General Agriculture from a recognized institution;
•    Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
•    Sound knowledge of agricultural, gardening, hardware and home products;
•    Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
•    Ability to work on own initiative;
•    Basic knowledge of Inventory Management techniques; and 
•    A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar field.
