The Hi-Pro Division of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a proactive “hands-on” individual of sound character and integrity to fill the position of Field Service Technician. The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical and practical guidance to farmers whilst monitoring the health of pullet birds.  

The ideal candidate should possess:

• An Associate Degree in General Agriculture from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in Supervisory Management; or equivalent experience in the poultry sector.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel applications;
• Ability to work on own initiative;
• Own a reliable motor vehicle;
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar field or industry.
