The Best Dressed Chicken Division of the Jamaica Broilers Group is seeking a goal oriented individual to fill the position of Shift Supervisor. The successful individual will be responsible for coordinating daily operations within the Cold Rooms, ensuring efficiency, timeliness and adherence to established procedures and standards. 

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Diploma in Management Studies, its equivalent or Inventory Management.
• Passes in at least six (6) CXC or G.C.E. ‘O’ Level subjects (or its equivalent) including Mathematics and English Language.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of computer operations.
• Working knowledge of Cold Room operations.
• Well-developed supervisory skills.
• Well-developed human relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Good time management skills.
• Valid Food Handlers’ card.
• Four (4) years’ working experience of which two (2) must be at a supervisory level in a similar operation.
