The Best Dressed Chicken division of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited, is seeking a highly organized individual who is analytical, pays attention to details and displays a team and customer oriented spirit to fill the above position.  The selected candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate weighing and logging of incoming and outgoing trucks over the scale as well as assisting with the reproduction of reports, weights and scale tickets.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Certificate in Production, Operations or Inventory Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution;
• Basic Accounting knowledge – Reconciliation process;
• Knowledge and experience of Inventory Control systems;
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Attention to detail and highly organized;
• Excellent time management, communication and human relation skills;
• Working knowledge of trucking/distribution and cold room operations;
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an accounting/manufacturing or operations management environment;
• Flexible to work on weekends and on shift.
• Possess valid Food Handler's Permit
